These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelCraft Academy website and enrollment in any lessons offered by Lessons in Leadership, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this Site or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms.
We provide live, online Photoshop instruction delivered via video call, offered as 1-on-1 sessions, small-group sessions, and weekend intensives, as described on our Courses page.
Lesson packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices listed on the Site are in USD and subject to change; the price confirmed at booking applies to your session.
You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, may be charged in full at our discretion.
Lessons require you to have access to a working copy of Adobe Photoshop. We are not the publisher of Photoshop and do not provide technical support for the software itself, including any third-party free trial obtained through the partner offer on this Site.
The "Photoshop free trial" banner shown on every page of this Site links to a third-party offer. Your use of that third-party trial is governed solely by the third party's own terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of that third-party trial.
You agree not to record, redistribute, or resell lesson content without our written permission, and not to use the Site or lessons for any unlawful purpose.
All course materials, worksheets, and site content are the property of Lessons in Leadership, LLC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal educational use only.
Lessons are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, or employment results from completing our courses.
To the extent permitted by law, Lessons in Leadership, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant lesson(s).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lessons in Leadership, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
